MindOut offers peer support groups and a safe space for LGBTQ people and those questioning their gender and sexual identity to discuss mental health challenges.

When am I charged?

When you place your order for your subscription box you will be billed for your first box immediately. You will then be billed every month or two months on the same date you ordered it depending on which option you have chosen. If you have multiple subscriptions you will be billed accordingly.

How do I share my personal style and preferences?

Once you’ve completed your order you will receive a link/email to the profile section. Tell us a bit more about your styles, colours, favoured products and submit!

What will I get in my box?

Depending on which icon package you choose, you’ll receive a selection of the latest underwear/swimwear, grooming products, and exclusive rewards – such as Netflix credit and more.

When do I receive my subscription box?

We ship subscription boxes from our warehouse every week. Orders are shipped 5-7 days after your order or renewal order. Usually it takes an average  4-5 days to arrive in Europe, 6-7 working days to the US/Canada and 10-14 days to the rest of the world.

What kind of products can I expect?

Depending on the collection you chose, our team will send you a selection of underwear, swimwear, sportswear alongside beauty and grooming products according to your personal taste.

How much does shipping cost?

UK shipping is included in all subscription boxes.
For subscription boxes where free shipping is not included:
Mainland Europe – There is a £9 delivery fee
Rest of the world – There is a £12 delivery fee

How will you keep me updated on the movement?

We contact our community regularly to let them know of the progress we’re making with creating equality for the LGBTQ+ community. Through regular emails and social updates, you can expect to be kept up to speed with everything we’re doing, and find out what your subscription is funding.

I have allergies to certain products and ingredients. What do I do?

Unfortunately, we are not able to guarantee that your box won’t contain any specific products or ingredients. If you do have known allergies to certain products/ingredients, we highly suggest that you first check the product’s ingredients before you start using any of the products.

I love most of the items in my box, but there's one I don't want – can I return just that?

Our collection comes as one package, which is how we’re able to offer such great value. The great thing is you’ve got a great quality item to re-gift. You can let us know for future collections, so we’d try our best to accommodate this request.

What if I received a product that’s broken or damaged?

Send an email to and we’ll get this taken care of.

Can I get a refund? / What is your returns policy?

You can get a refund if you return all items within your subscription box unused, with the relevant tags (for underwear, swimwear and sportswear) not broken, and all items are in their original condition. Details on our returns policy is provided here.

Can I put my subscription on hold?

Yes you can. Please be aware this will affect your eligibility for our rewards scheme.

Can I cancel?

Of course! Subscribing to Best Gay Life means you can cancel at any point for a hassle-free experience.

When can I expect my first box?

As soon as we receive your order, our team will begin packing your chosen icon box. We’ll send it out ASAP and you can expect it within 10 working days.
